The Jansen Method combines personal growth and development techniques with movement training to break free from health limitations and surpass all your targets. I started working with Erin shortly after I retired, and give her a lot of credit for the fact I'm able to enjoy a vigorous, healthy life in my late 70's. She has an amazing repertoire of knowledge and skills, and is always able to adapt our workout to what I need on that day.
Erin Jansen is not only fun and supportive - but she makes you work unknowingly! I've worked with Erin for several years and she's helped me transform my body, ease my aches and pains as well as create peace of mind.
Erin is not your typical personal trainer. What sets Erin apart is her ability to almost immediately read my body and know what I need at that moment. She always asks 'what's going on with your body', but she usually already knows where the tight spots are.?! And while I'm sure she already has a workout in mind, she immediately adapts for how I am showing up in the present.
She has helped me through injuries and recover post-surgery. In fact, I had a rotator cuff surgery last year and we spent months "pre-habbing" before the surgery. Because of her conscientious focus and knowledge, I came through surgery with flying colors and was able to start physical therapy quickly.
In addition to her innate talents, Erin has the perfect temperament. She is positive, supportive and seems to know my physical and emotion limits perfectly.
I love adventure travel and I'm happiest with a backpack on. Erin helps me stay strong and healthy so I can enjoy the things I love: hiking, skiing and running. She is an integral part of my wellness program.
Erin is an exceptional human being, personal trainer and coach who has had a profound impact on my life. I have been working with Erin for over a decade and during this time she has helped me achieve my fitness goals and become a stronger, healthier version of myself. Her approach is tailored to each individual and their upcoming challenges. Erin is not only an expert in her field but also a great motivator who encourages me to push myself to reach my full potential. But Erin's impact on my life goes beyond fitness. Through her guidance I have learned to embrace a healthier lifestyle that has allowed me to enjoy life to the fullest. Whether its biking, hiking, traveling, or simply spending time with family and friends, I am able to fully participate in these activities and enjoy them without limitations.
Erin is not just a personal trainer, but a coach and a mentor who truly cares about her clients well-being. Her dedication and passion for helping others are evident in everything she does, and I am so grateful to have her in my corner. She has allowed me to become the best version of myself.

These online courses are specific to people who are new to exercise and wellness training. We work specifically with aging bodies to increase agility, mobility, and vibrancy! This is an online community where we take you as you are and create consistency together, no matter your movement goals!
It is as simple as showing up.
These private or semi-private training sessions are an integration of personal growth coaching alongside movement and wellness. This is where we partner together in tending to your health and up-leveling your SELF to the highest capacity!
